New Alphabet Short
In one of the 41 short films (!) that will be included with the upcoming Helvetica DVD release, Wim Crouwel talks about his proposed New Alphabet for digital media from the 1960's. I've always cringed at this typeface, but I've also been curious as to why it was considered so revolutionary. Very informative. I can't wait to find out what the other 40 shorts are about.
